Mr. Ahmad Houboubati, our esteemed patriarch, serves as the Honorary Consul General of Malta in Syria and is a distinguished recipient of the Maltese Merit. As the President of the Maltese-Syrian Business Council, he has played an integral role in fostering economic collaboration and strengthening bilateral relations between the two nations.
